I think life without belief or hope would be boring and meaningless. If you knew the future or every result of actions, all actions would be no sense.
You would just sit doing nothing because you would know and have everything.
No life would exist since life is breath and action.
I haven't been in encounter with God, but I can see from the evidence that someone has created us(at least our bodies if not our souls).
I have seen his FINGERPRINTS.
I wouldn't like to consider God and Creation evil as gnostics do. I've got no problem with rivers, trees, mountains and the beauty of nature.
All that I can say is that man has made life a nightmare.
I can't blame a Creator of beauty and call him an enslaver, I can just blame human tyrants for the destruction of Earth.
Human tyrants taking advantage of religion, doesn't prove God and Creator does not exist.
Besides this, it's not a reason to hate the Creator.
To return to my previous claim I don't consider all systems as evil prisons.
The systems that God made were for our pleasure and happiness.
The systems that man made are for our pain and sadness.
I really can't hate the Creator for what man has done and I believe He exists not because people or human tyrants say so.
